CLEAN ROOM ISO-8 MFG
Though RDM maintains a high standard of quality and sanitation, we do offer our converting services through our ISO-8 Clean Room for those industries that need their products to be handled with an extra level of care and protection.
PE FILM CO-EXTRUSION
RDM is an extruder of flexible polyethylene (LDPE, MDPE, and HDPE) film by using the blown film process. With our six extrusion lines, we have the ability to manufacture a wide range of products to service virtually any industry and accommodate any request.
LAMINATION – FLEXIBLE FILMS AND POUCHES
RDM offers lamination services, allowing us to combine two different films to create a variety of flexible films and pouches. Lamination can be used to add value to your product, with the added benefits of providing excellent moisture and oxygen barrier protection, optical clarity, heat seal-ability, and superior printability.
CONVERTING – SLITTING, SHEETING & DIE CUTTING
With our fleet of slitters and sheeters, RDM offers converting services, able to convert your material to your desired dimensions, with the ability to handle a wide range of materials, including but not limited to flexible films, paper, foam, and rubber.
