RDM manufactures custom, pre-opened bags on roll or fan-folded, ideal for automatic packaging applications for any industry. POLYPROPYLENE FILM, BAGS, AND SHEETS
Offering great strength at low gauges, moisture resistance, great stiffness, and crystal-clear optical clarity, polypropylene is one of the most versatile materials you can work with to fulfill your packaging needs. Our polypropylene is also an excellent option for form, fill and seal applications across many industries.
POLYESTER ROLLS AND SHEETS
Polyester, often known as PET, offers an excellent combination of physical, mechanical, thermal, and chemical properties. We offer polyester in sheets and rolls in a variety of finishes such as hazy, metalized, colored, and clear, suitable for various industries and packaging needs.
LIDDING FILMS
Our Octi-Seal lidding films are ideal for applications that require high seal strength while providing excellent clarity. Our lidding films work as a powerful barrier to gas, water vapor, and aromas in addition to being able to withstand a wide range of sealing and storage temperatures.
POLYOLEFIN FILMS
Ideal for shrink wrap systems (L-sealers), our polyolefin films are center folded ranging between 6” up to 24” and available from 45GA to 100GA. Our polyolefin line of films includes:
- OCTI-CLS – Our cross-linked film, this is ideal for automatic and semi-automatic applications.
- OCTI-HSF – Our non-crosslinked film, ideal for manual application.
SHRINK BUNDLING FILMS
RDM manufactures custom shrink bundling film, made to order for various industries and applications, with excellent clarity and strength. Our shrink bundling films are available up to 78”, from 1mil to 3mil, with printing available up to 6 colors.
POLYETHYLENE FILMS AND BAGS
We extrude our own polyethylene in-house and offer polyethylene films, center folded and single wound, as well as a wide range of bags including box liners, gusseted bags, bags on roll, mailer bags, ziplock bags, lip and tape bags, and postal films. Printing is available up to 6 colors, with bag and film widths ranging from 5” to 78”, as thin as .0007” and thick as .005”. Bags can be bottom or side seal, with leakproof seals, and can include vent holes, hot needle perforation, and bottom or side gussets.
